Healthy oatmeal recipe for weight loss

Recipe: Blueberry Walnuts Overnight Oats

a) Needed Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of crushed walnuts
  • ½ a cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup
  • ½ cup of frozen blueberries

b) Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a mason jar. Stir it well, then place it on the jar and refrigerate it. In the morning, you should stir in a little milk  in order to loosen up the oats. Enjoy your breakfast!
