How to fry French fries without a deep fryer

Tasty, crispy French fries are what everyone is  dying for.

But, if you avoid them for health’s sake, then I’m going to give you  the secrets to make  perfectly crispy oil-free French fries without deep frying. You’re welcome!

All what you need to do:

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices
  • Soak the potatoes in cold water for about 15 minutes. Then drain them and pat them completely dry.
  • Season with garlic powder, paprika and black pepper. Don’t add salt until after the fries are done.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line your baking sheets with parchment paper. Arrange the fries in a single layer and be sure they have space in between them; otherwise, they’ll get mushy.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
